We, undersigned, German and European citizens, call upon the German Chancellor Angela Merkel to support the creation of European Bonds to finance the European economic recovery from the coronavirus pandemic.

Among them two Nobel laureates, the former head of the International Atomic Agency, the general secretary of the European Trade Union conference, some of the most important historians and experts of German and European history, representatives of important cultural and economic foundations, several ambassadors and diplomats and more than twenty MEPs from seven different countries.
